Cancellation within less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject up to a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will automatically incur a cancellation fee of $50.
If we get to your house and you are not home or your animal is not available (an aggressive dog cannot be muzzled by the owner or a cat will not come out of hiding), the entire house call fee will be automatically processed without exception. We will wait 5 minutes from our arrival time before departing, as a courtesy.
Inclement weather or unsafe road conditions – all appointments will either be delayed or rescheduled, and no fees will be incurred.
